Attorney David M. Kleiman (hereinafter "the Publisher") currently collects through this website certain personal identifiable information, including names, addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses, that are voluntarily submitted by prospective clients interested in the services or products of the Publisher.
The Publisher takes appropriate steps to safeguard prospective client information, including reasonably limiting access to any databases which may contain such information, and that are in the custody and under the control of the Publisher.
The Publisher does not sell, rent, share, or give away prospective client information to other companies for use by other companies in selling or promoting their products or services.
