Personal Information Privacy
VALORTAS LLC (hereinafter "the Company") will take appropriate steps to keep personally identifiable information confidential, including reasonably limiting access to any databases which may contain such information, and that are in the custody and under the control of the Company.
The Company will not sell, rent, share, or give away personally identifiable information to other companies for use by other companies in selling or promoting their products or services.
The Company may from time to time communicate via e-mail or other online delivery devices to provide offers and information the Company believes will be of interest. Anybody who no longer wish to receive these communications should inform the Company in writing as indicated below and their names will then be removed from the Company mailing lists. The Company will be judicious in the use of e-mail to communicate with registered guests, putting the Company in the place of the recipients of mail and treating registered guests only as the Company itself would like to be treated.
The Company may share usage information about site visitors with reputable third-party companies for targeting any advertisements that may be placed on this site and other affiliated sites, as well as for gathering aggregate information about site traffic and usage. For these purposes, the Company and its third-party companies may note some of the pages visited on the Company website. However, the information collected is not, to the knowledge of the Company, personally identifiable to any particular user.

If the Company decides to substantively change its privacy policy, the Company will post those changes to this privacy statement, and other places the Company deems appropriate so registered guests are always aware of changes to the information collected, how the Company uses that information, and under what circumstances, if any, information is disclosed by the Company. If, however, the Company is going to use personally identifiable information of registered guests in a manner different from that stated at the time of collection the Company will notify registered guests by providing 30 days notice on this site.
